Futaba Alizoti, GCFP

Teaching Feldenkrais Method® since 2005

Growing up, Taba was a total klutz, but she loved to move. She studied ballet and jazz from age 6, then Aikido in college until she found passion for ballroom dancing. She has competed in the International Standard circuit since the early 2000's and taught dance for several years locally.

In the past decade or so, Taba has been focusing on her inner and outer life balance to make a positive difference in her life and the lives of those around her. While continuing to work on her self-expression through dancing and other means, she teaches the Feldenkrais Method® to help others discover their authentic ways of improving self-organization and move through their lives.
